Kitchen & Bath Renovation
350 Square Feet
Victoria, BC
After moving into this home, which blends contemporary design with West Coast modern influences, the clients wanted the kitchen, washrooms, and loft to better reflect their more natural and serene style while respecting the home's architectural character. While the house has great bones, some spaces feel dated and would benefit from more durable, carefully selected materials for a subtle, yet impactful, improvement.

Before

Design Direction
This targeted update focuses on introducing warmth, texture, and a stronger sense of cohesion through high-impact updates. Opening up the loft will bring more light into the home, improve the connection between floors, and better showcase the beautiful panelled ceiling. By retaining select existing materials and features, we're able to refresh the home now while supporting the clients' larger renovation plans for the future.

Textured & earthy
